CIMC Anda Shun, a member of The Cooperative Logistics Network in Shenzhen and Shanghai, China, coordinates two standout shipments that highlight its rising influence in the global project logistics sector. The company successfully delivered a demanding oversized aviation equipment operation and arranged a RO-RO shipment of twenty-seven vehicles totaling more than 1,000 CBM, two projects that showcase the team’s precision planning and end-to-end execution strength.
In the oversized aviation project, CIMC ADS confronted an intense combination of extra width, height, and weight. The team executed detailed stability engineering, incorporating precise weight-distribution calculations and a custom shock-proof structure to ensure the cargo remained steady through the operation. They also coordinated closely with airport cargo terminals to create a dedicated green channel, which resolved the unique challenges of loading, unloading, warehousing, and customs clearance.

“We stationed dedicated personnel on-site from cargo outbound to loading, giving the client real-time visibility throughout the process,” said Mr. Daniel Song, Overseas Market Supervisor at CIMC ADS. “Oversized cargo challenges are common in our industry, but overcoming them requires trust, planning discipline, and teamwork. We’re proud of how our team delivered under pressure, and we deeply appreciate our client’s confidence.”
Client recognition for the flawless handling reinforced CIMC ADS’s commitment to perfection in every operational detail. The company credits its internal collaboration structure and global resource integration for consistent success in transporting high-value and heavy-lift shipments, including aircraft engines, industrial machinery, and precision equipment.
Meanwhile, the company also recently arranged the smooth export of twenty-seven vehicles using RO-RO service. The shipment demonstrated the advantages of RO-RO transport, including reduced handling, high space efficiency, and faster port turnaround. With vehicles able to drive directly on and off the vessel, the loading and unloading process avoided delays linked to lifting operations and minimized risk of damage.

“RO-RO combines safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in a way that is ideal for automotive and oversized cargo,” Ms. Hai explained. “As part of the CIMC Group, we partner with leading ocean carriers and maintain TO contracts with mainstream lines. Our network across China and Southeast Asia allows us to design flexible logistics solutions that meet our partners’ needs, even when routes are challenging or capacity is tight.”
“At CIMC ADS, customized solutions and risk-controlled execution remain our core,” said Mr. Song. “Whether it’s heavy-lift, out-of-gauge, high-value, or time-critical cargo, we stand ready to unlock new possibilities for our customers.”
Congratulations to CIMC ADS for their recent achievements and all the best for their upcoming projects!
